Your account and access

Portal accounts are available by invitation. Use your own authorized account, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials and private links secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to provide its information and submit requests on its behalf.

Access is limited to your assigned role and workspaces. Google sign-in is an optional way to authenticate an eligible account and does not grant additional permissions.

Acceptable use

Use the portal only for legitimate Bullbustin' event and business activities. Do not attempt to access other users' information without permission, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload harmful or unlawful material, impersonate others, or use portal information for unsolicited communications.

Orders, event arrangements, and documents

Review the details of any order, renewal, or other submission before sending it, and contact us promptly about errors. Pricing, availability, payment, cancellation, and event participation are governed by the applicable order, invoice, contract, or other agreement. These portal terms do not replace those agreements.

Your information and materials

You retain rights to materials you provide and allow us to store, use, and share them as needed to operate the portal and deliver the requested services. Only submit information or materials you are entitled to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Bullbustin' branding and portal materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the portal does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated reuse.

Availability and account restrictions

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control. Contact us directly for urgent or time-sensitive matters. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, or changes to your authorization.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
